Great watch.....but......

I received this watch as my standard issue government watch. Apparently the Feds want our part time space cowboys to be well prepared for any mind numbing question like "what time is it?" And "what is the date?". Needless to say I am now confident to a .0001 of a second in my answer. No more blank looks when my previous Casio crapped out deep sea diving, which is my other part time job. 100 meters doesn't cut it anymore Casio. That's snorkeling depth. This watch goes to 1000 meters, which for the average folk is far beyond anything they'll need. Not quite sure the people on the titanic would agree.
Aside from the practical uses listed above the spinny facial things are hypnotic and I found myself inadvertently hypnotized while stopped at a red light. The officer knocked me out of my trance when he belted on the window. I did the only thing someone with such power could do and I made him look at it, then sped off when his eyes glossed over. Watch 1 the law 0.
Plus if you afford this watch you can answer everyone's questions about where you got it with "if you have to ask you can't afford it". Then tell them the time and walk away.
Major cons, everyone else's watches being wrong is starting to bug me. Airports, billboards, clock towers. All wrong. I've been hit twice now by people when I told them that trusting time to the cheap piece of crap on their wrist makes them a liar every time they open their mouth regarding what time it is.

Where's the picture?

I had a Zenith back in the 70's. It got stations 2-13, plus UHF, a major feature back then. I could tune in to channel 44 after school and watch The New Zoo Revue, Speed Racer and Marine Boy. So when I saw that they had shrunk the picture to the size of a watch, I was awestruck. I had harbored a secret Dick Tracy fantasy since I was 5, and I thought this was just the ticket even if I couldn't talk into it. But this Zenith is just...weird. It only gets channels 15, 30, 45 and 60, but damned if I could find a way to tune them in. I can't find the antenna either, which is probably why the picture is missing. I gave it one star because it does seem to have a built-in clock, but hey, that's why I have a cell phone. A major let down.

Not too bad

Considering the price difference between this watch and the rolex that I bought last week, I'd rather say that the rolex that I bought is $7,000 cheaper but has a better feel. After all not a bad price for the watch, but rolex is more comfortable.

Thanks for the Free Shipping Amazon! Great Timepiece! The Craftsmanship is marvelous. Its like owning a piece of history. The Chinese just keep blowing my mind with their superior watch building.
